It is extremely likely you will find Brian (builder) on a job every day actually getting his hands dirty doing one project or another. Brian is fully equipped with a toolbox for a reason. If I see something that needs attention on the jobsite, I find it more efficient and satisfying to correct it ourselves immediately, rather than waiting for a sub to do it later.
