"Wisteria Heights is, by far, the best location currently and and in the future from what I see coming up. Feel free to drive around to confirm. What you will find is the same old stuff, multiple builders throwing up the least expensive homes in undesirable locations around town. No other area in Bondurant, and from what I see never will, offers what I have. I have an area that will appreciate over time. I have a great master plan of how the entire development will be when it is complete. Very few, if any, of the lots in the entire development of 96 lots are undesirable. Try to find that anywhere in town or in the whole Des Moines area as far as that goes."
